How much of my time will this take?
Up to about two hours in total. That covers completing the Diagnostic Assessment and answering any follow-up questions we may have for you. From there, the analysis is on us, so you can stay focused on running your business.
Is this done over calls, or asynchronously?
Asynchronously. All communication happens by email, and there are no meetings to schedule.
Do you work on-site, remotely, or both?
Do you implement changes, or advise?
How do you handle confidential business information?
Our engagements are fully remote. Wherever your business operates, we can work with you without site visits, travel costs, or disruption to your team.
We advise. But you won't receive a list of vague suggestions. Your final deliverable is a PDF report built to be put into action, so you or your team can begin implementing the moment it lands in your inbox.
